This course builds upon the certification course by exploring complex scenarios for effective problem solving with the use of hands-on exercises. You will improve your ability to manage the application, get informed about recent changes or developments, and address Inventory control scenarios.

In this course, you will be able to:

Master the flight date inventory Leg and Segment controls and measure their impact on Reservation.
Explore the Flight date inventory tabs.
Reassess how Availability is calculated and published.
Display different availability depending on the Point of Sale. Introduction to Availability - polling.
Manage inventory business rules and TIA.
Detect, and deal with overbookings.
Examine Inventory History and Queue Monitoring.
Describe Revenue Availability w/Active Valuation.
Evaluate the Uncommitted Bookings tool.
Use available resources such as online help, manuals, and other documentation to find information and resolve issues. Encourage continuous learning and self-service support.
Handle challenging situations.
