Amadeus Altéa Flights Disruption Management Advanced

This course features a real-world, scenario-driven workshop focused on disruption management within airline operations. This workshop is designed to address operational challenges including airline pain points. Through this approach, you will gain practical insights and develop strategies that can be directly applied to your day-to-day responsibilities, enhancing operational resilience and passenger satisfaction.
Objectives

In this course you will learn:

  • Explain the role of the Altéa suite in airline operations.
  • Review the interactions among five Altéa products, and how these products work within the airline ecosystem.
  • Assess the complete flight lifecycle and the associated Altéa business process flows creating the end-to-end operational framework.
  • Create effective strategies for managing flights disruption with tools designed to support timely and efficient resolutions.
