This course gives an overview of customer check-in and administration functions in Amadeus Altéa Departure Control - Customer Management.

On this course you will learn how to:

Navigate the Customer Management user interface.
Access each application to process a customer for acceptance and boarding.
Create and maintain Departure Plan Templates.
Work with Market Management and Flight Groups.
Identify the main business rules within the Administration GUI.
