Amadeus Traveler DNA - Personalized Servicing (PS)

This course provides an overview of the Amadeus Traveler DNA solution using the Personalized Servicing (PS) module. Building on Customer Knowledge Center (CKC) module knowledge, it covers Traveler DNA features that interface with other business processes and multiple customer touchpoints. Through practical hands-on exercises, you will create and maintain alert campaigns, and review behaviour segments for alert campaigns that influence customer interactions.
Objectives

On this course, you will learn how to:

  •  Create and manage Traveler DNA alert campaigns to enhance customer touchpoints.
  •  Handle alerts at various touchpoints and identify how Traveler DNA reports the results.

  •  Leverage additional features of Traveler DNA in other business processes and across customer touchpoints to enhance customer recognition.

  • Basic understanding/knowledge about PNRs
  • High-level knowledge of airline business processes (e.g. reservation & ticketing, passenger acceptance, disruption)
  • High-level knowledge of Altéa products (e.g. Reservation, Inventory, Process Customer Value, Departure Control - Customer Management)
