In this course, you will learn:
Through a set of interactive e-learning lessons learn what passenger revenue accounting is, what the revenue accounting structure is, what an event is, what the task flow is, how to interpret a document, when sale tasks are raised, how to verify accounting rules, how to capture paper documents, what the Undo-Redo accounting feature is using Amadeus Revenue Accounting (ARA).
There are nine mandatory e-learning lessons. After completion, there is an instructor-led session available to request an enrolment. Finally, there are user guides available for download.
