Amadeus Altéa Inventory Certification

This course explains how to use the Amadeus Altéa Inventory solution for schedule, seating, re-accommodation and inventory management.
You will practice using hands-on exercises leading to a comprehensive certification test.

On this course you will learn how to:

Manage automated and guided features for the creation, update and publication of regular flights.
Setup automated and guided reaccommodation processes effectively.
Create and maintain seat maps displayed on Altéa Reservation and Departure Control systems.
Apply inventory management techniques to control airline inventory and determine availability.

This course covers the following topics:

Amadeus System architecture
Navigation within the GUI, discovery of the menus
Messenger viewer
Markets, flight groups and business rules
Seating: Aircraft library, seat map design, mandatory business rules
Schedule: Automatic / manual schedule changes and publication, mandatory business rules
Reaccommodation: Automatic and manual reaccommodation using baseline features and automatic flight selection
Inventory: Flight date inventory, class/cabin controls, availability calculation, supplementary settings and business rules
