This course gives a global view of the process flow, links and interactions between Altéa Reservation, Inventory, Administration and Departure Control Customer Management and Flight Management, from flight creation to post departure.

In this course you will learn:

Explore the interactions among the five Altéa PSS products, and how they work together within the airline ecosystem.
Examine the complete flight lifecycle and the associated Altéa business process flow and end-to-end operational framework.
Manage flight disruptions fast and effectively using reaccommodation/passenger transfer features through hands-on exercises.

This course covers the following topics:

Reviewing the Altéa solution system architecture.
Buidling seat maps, creating schedules in Inventory.
Reviewing the relevant Inventory and Departure Control Business Rules.
Reviewing the Departure Plan activities.
Creating flights in Customer Management and Flight Management.
Identifying the data exchange between the PNR, Inventory, and Departure Control.
Working with common flight disruption scenarios impacting Departure Control and PNRs.
