This course builds upon the ARDW certification course by exploring complex scenarios related to manual reissue processes in ARD Web for effective problem solving with the use of hands-on exercises.

  • A change of name free of charge

  • A change of route with residual value for Future Air Transportation
  • A change of cabin – upgrade with penalty fee
  • A downgrade with residual value for refund
