This course explains how to use features to automate the handling of SSRs (Special Service Requests).
Objectives

On this course you will learn how to:

  • Create the necessary rules to automatically respond to each SSR request and define whether to submit it to an inventory quota check.
  • Set quotas of authorised SSRs per cabin and per flight.
