91% of our airlines customers answered yes!

A Customer Satisfaction survey has been implemented by Airlines Learning Services. From July 2022 to September 2022 we received 513 respondents showing the demand for e-learning by our customers.

We have implemented a survey to assess the satisfaction of our customers about our e-learning portfolio dedicated to airlines.

Here is a summary of the main elements we were able to evaluate on:

• The effectiveness of our e-learning as a support for daily work has been evaluated at 8.3 out of 10.
• Our customers rate their confidence when using the products after acquiring additional skills through e-learning at 7.57 out of 10.
• 91% of our clients would take another e-learning lesson.

Thanks to this survey, we have collected a great amount of inputs to be considered for our future improvements.
