This course gives a global view of the process flow, links and interactions between Altéa Reservation, Inventory, Administration and Departure Control Customer Management and Flight Management, from flight creation to post departure.
Objectives

In this course you will learn:

  • Explore the interactions among the five Altéa PSS products, and how they work together within the airline ecosystem.
  • Examine the complete flight lifecycle and the associated Altéa business process flow and end-to-end operational framework.
  • Manage flight disruptions fast and effectively using reaccommodation/passenger transfer features through hands-on exercises.
