Instructor-led requirements

 

Amadeus delivers their airline instructor-led training sessions in multiple formats. Each format has its own requirement for a successful training experience.

Classroom: Amadeus training centres

Requirements:

  • Travel to Nice, France or Bangkok, Thailand
  • Visas to enter either France or Thailand
  • Hotel reservation

Classroom: On-site at the customer's training centre.

Requirements:

  • High-speed internet connection (> 25 Mbps)
  • A large monitor (27 inch or greater) or two monitors
  • Overhead projector with connecting cables for the trainer's laptop
  • Microsoft Office installed on all training computers (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Adobe Reader installed on all training computers
  • Flip chart

Virtual: Customers connect online from a remote location.

Requirements:

  • High-speed internet connection (> 25 Mbps)
  • Access to Zoom/Teams via internet (not mobile)
  • Headsets with microphones, a webcam
  • A large monitor (27 inch or greater) or two monitors
