Wireless

Free wireless Internet access is at your disposal - Please ask the Training Center receptionist for a login and password.

Luggage

Luggage may be stored in a locked room behind the main reception desk during the day, and collected before the main reception desk closes at 7:00 pm.

Meals

Amadeus offers a variety of food services, with selections of meat, fish, salads and vegetarian dishes, as follows:

• Breakfast: The Coffee Hub (left of the cafeteria entrance) is open from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm for a range of pastries, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and other light food items throughout the day (entry fee not applicable).

• Lunch: Self-service cafeteria is open from 11:45 am to 2:00 pm serving variety of hot and cold meals. There is a minimum food charge of 2,68€ and an entry fee of 9,10 €.

Students are responsible for all meal costs in the cafeteria, including the admission fee of 9,10 €, VAT included.

Amadeus has a medical center on-site. Opening hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm - Location: B115.

Security Instructions – Health or fire

ALERT

Dial 18: Your call will reach Amadeus Central Security Headquarters.
Give the following information:

• Who you are.
• Where you are.
• What is happening.

Should you not have a phone close by, break the glass on the nearest red emergency box located in the corridors, this manoeuvre will send a localised alarm to the Central Security Headquarters, they will send a security officer on the spot.

ACTION

In case of fire, use the extinguishers:

• WATER (H2O) mainly on dry fires (wood, paper, cardboard….) - Range of 4 metres for about 20 seconds.
• Carbon Dioxide on electrical fires (electrical cupboards, copy machines…) - Range of 1 metre for about 10 seconds.
• POWDER situated on the parking lots.

In case of health problems, dial 18, the Central Security Headquarters will send either the nurse, the doctor, or a security agent trained in first aid… Locate the nearest First Aid rescuer (SST – green and white sticker on the door). He/she is trained in first aid and has a first aid case in his/her office.

Should it be necessary to evacuate the buildings, the sirens and the evacuation message will be activated (one can be sent out without the other)

• Calmly leave the office.
• Close windows and doors (do not lock the door).
• Do not use the lifts.
• Use the emergency exits (press the green box if doors are not released).

SAFETY

Refer to your floor evacuation map (there's one at the entrance to each level) on which you can locate:

• The extinguishers
• The evacuation path indicated by green arrows
• The emergency exits
• The meeting point

It is also useful to locate:

• The First Aid rescuers (white and green sticker on the door)
• The resting places or nurseries

USEFUL INFORMATION

Wherever you are you will find the same description:

• Red for fire: alert, fire-fighting equipment…
• Green for evacuation.
